Engraving Questions
How do I tell you what to engrave?
Each engraved product has a personalization box on its page — type your text there and choose a font style before adding it to your cart. For logos or artwork, use the quote form above or email the file to us after checkout with your order number.
Will the engraving wear off?
No. The laser removes the powder coat and marks the stainless steel beneath, so the design is part of the tumbler. It’s dishwasher-safe and won’t peel, fade or rust.
How long does it take?
Name and monogram orders ship in 2–4 business days; full-wrap designs in 3–5. Custom artwork and bulk orders get a digital proof first, then ship once you approve. Shipping is free on every order.
Can I return a personalized item?
Because each piece is engraved to your order, personalized items can’t be returned or exchanged. If we make a mistake or it arrives damaged, we replace it at no cost — just email us with a photo.
Do you do bulk or corporate orders?
Yes — volume pricing starts at 10 pieces, and we can engrave your logo on every tumbler for teams, events, wedding parties and client gifts. Use the quote form and tell us the quantity and deadline.
